Mr. McCarthy founded Energi, Inc. and Energi Insurances Services, Inc. in 2006 and currently serves as the President and CEO. Mr. McCarthy has led the Company on a significant growth trajectory from an industrial reinsurance entity and into a virtual insurance company with expansion across the U.S. and internationally. The Company has been recognized by Business Insurance Best Places to Work and the Boston Globe Top Places to Work. In 2011, Mr. McCarthy was invited to participate in the CEO Roundtable: White House Better Buildings Challenge Initiative with President Obama & President Clinton. Beginning in 1983, Mr. McCarthy established his own independent insurance agency that led to the development of Conifer Companies in 2001. At Conifer, he gained expertise in captive program development and alternative risk management programs. Earlier in his career, Mr. McCarthy was the founder of an Internet-based insurance distribution company that developed the first online insurance application. He has served on several insurance association boards, and currently serves as a Director of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Townsend is the CEO of Townsend Energy Group based in Danvers, MA. Townsend is one of the largest heating oil and propane distributors in New England, serving residential and commercial customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Mr. Townsend has been and continues to be active in several organizations representing the petroleum industry. Mr. Doak was elected as the 12th Insurance Commissioner of Oklahoma and served from 2011 to 2019. As a graduate of University of Oklahoma in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, he later began working at the executive level in the insurance industry. Mr. Goodwin is the former North Carolina Insurance Commissioner and insurance regulator, a four-term state legislator, and small business owner. Mr. Goodwin earned his undergraduate and law degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill. Prior to his service in the North Carolina legislature, he successfully opened two law firms and served as President of his county bar association. In his four consecutive terms in the General Assembly, he sponsored legislation that prompted greater incentives for economic development, education, healthcare and public safety. During his eight years as Insurance Commissioner and State Fire Marshal, he was a strong proponent of state-based insurance regulation, protecting consumer rights and fighting fraud. After two terms, he returned to the private sector creating his own insurance regulatory consulting firm and has joined various boards of directors for private businesses. Mr. Goodwin currently serves as Chairman of the North Carolina Democratic Party.
