Our 2012 March Madness was a big success with 490 participants from across the country, including our policyholders and our broker network. Congratulations to our March Madness contest winners:

Each winner was able to select from the following prizes (in sequential order of their win): Four tickets to a NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, NCAA Football or NCAA Basketball game. In addition, we added a special prize this year, two tickets and travel to a Duke Basketball game along with our Chief Underwriting Officer, Tim Kolojay, who played for Duke a few years back. Thanks to Tim for being our “poster boy” as well, with his image from 1968 depicted on our March Madness poster!

Energi, a Massachusetts based Industrial Reinsurance company, is pleased to announce its participation in the upcoming webinar series entitled: A New Generation of Financing Enhancements to Support Energy Efficiency Investment. Sponsored by the National Association of Energy Service Companies, this series will feature presentations from Energi and California based PACE Program administrator Ygrene Energy Fund. Building Bikes and Fulfilling Dreams

Energi Insurance Services held a teambuilding activity as part of their annual Company meeting on Monday, February 13, 2012. Energi collaborated with the Peabody YMCA on this project. The YMCA ran a raffle to provide prizes for children at their Peabody facility. Energi’s role was to purchase seven bikes and have the employees assemble them as part of their team building assignment. At the end of the day, seven new bikes were ready for delivery and seven young children were very excited to visit the Energi Peabody office and accept his or her prize. The recipients enjoyed their new bikes and the Energi employees were grateful for this opportunity. This heart-warming event was a win-win for the Peabody YMCA and the employees of Energi.
