Brian K. McCarthy – CEO, Energi
Mr. McCarthy is the Founder and CEO of Energi, Inc. and Energi Insurances Services, Inc. Currently as CEO/President, Brian is leading the organization on a significant growth trajectory, which includes expansion across the US and into Canada. Previously, as the Managing Director and CEO of the Conifer Companies, Conifer Insurance Agency, Inc. and Conifer Energy, he gained expertise in Captive Program Development and Alternative Risk Management Programs. In 1983, he established his own independent insurance agency that led to the development of Conifer Companies in 2001. The Companies were developed and recognized to be among the leading providers of risk management, insurance, employee benefits and investment services in New England. Previously, Brian was a founder and CEO of an Internet based insurance distribution company that developed the first online insurance application. He is a past President of the Bay State Independent Insurance Agents Association, Inc. and has served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Independent Insurance Agents Association of Massachusetts. Recently, Brian participated in the White House Better Buildings Challenge Initiative. Mr. McCarthy now serves as a 2012 Directors for the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. |

Donald J. FitzGerald - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. FitzGerald is the Chief Financial Officer of Energi, and serves as a Director of Energi RE, LLC. During his seven year tenure, he has been instrumental in building the Company’s captive management capabilities and in securing financing to support the Company’s growth. Previously, Mr. Fitzgerald held the position of Director of Finance with Bostik Findley, Inc., a subsidiary of Total SA, a global energy company based in Paris, France. In this capacity, he was responsible for all financial operations for a $160 million division with operations throughout North America and served as a member of a large group insurance program that provided risk management to all of Total's subsidiaries throughout the US. Previously, Mr. FitzGerald served as Corporate Controller of Xyvision, Inc., a publicly held technology company, where he raised $25 million in a successful European bond offering. Mr. FitzGerald holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA from Babson College. |

Patricia K. Boudrot, Senior Vice President Operations, Secretary of the Corporation
Ms. Boudrot has been an insurance professional for over twenty-five years. During her tenure at Energi, she has organized and led the development of the infrastructure of the organization including technology, human resources, compliance and finance. Currently, she manages the following operations: Information Technology, Systems Applications, Policy Processing, Facilities, Human Resources and Education & Training. Previously, as the CFO of Conifer Companies and the B.K. McCarthy Insurance Agency, Ms. Boudrot managed the financial, accounting, and information systems for both organizations. Initially, she joined the B.K. McCarthy Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1986 as Chief Financial Officer. She served as president and Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2000. Her professional knowledge in agency automation systems played a major role in product development for Insurance Holdings of America, Inc. online insurance application. Ms. Boudrot graduated cum laude from Salem State University. |

Tim Kolojay - Senior Vice President, Underwriting and Actuary
Mr. Kolojay serves as the Senior Vice President of Underwriting Operations and Actuary for Energi. He also serves as the President of Energi RE, LLC. He served as President and Consulting Actuary of Insurance Industry Consultants, and has served in numerous leadership roles encompassing risk management in the financial services and insurance industries. Mr. Kolojay holds membership in the American Academy of Actuaries, the Casualty Actuarial Society, and the Association of Risk Management. He is a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and has served as President of the Casualty Actuaries of New England and has been a features speaker at many insurance symposiums, most notable involved with the alternative markets. Mr. Kolojay graduated from Duke University and holds an MBA from New Hampshire College. |

John F. McCarthy Jr. - Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. McCarthy is a 40 year veteran of the insurance business. He holds insurance licenses for Property-Casualty; Life Accident and Health; Variable products; and Surplus lines in 50 states. He is also a securities registered representative and principal and holds active registrations of S7, S24 and S63. His insurance careers included; an Executive Vice President for an insurance distribution division of Consumer Insurance Services of America and Chairman of the Board of Insurance Holdings of America; a pioneer internet distribution company. He was also a Managing Director of benefits for the Conifer Companies. And a Branch Manager for Cross Insurance; the largest independently held insurance agency in New England. Mr. McCarthy is a Vietnam combat veteran and earned the bronze star for meritorious service against an armed hostile force. He is a retired Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. He is a graduate of Norwich University Northfield VT and earned a BS in Business Administration. |

Richard V. Metivier - Senior Vice President, Distribution
Mr. Metivier has been in the insurance industry for over fifteen years. As the Chief Sales Officer of Energi, Mr. Metivier has been instrumental in organizing a national distribution network for the programs. Formerly with Conifer Energy and Conifer Insurance Agency, Inc., as the Managing Director of Broker Services, Mr. Metivier helped to develop relationships with energy dealers. Previously, he served as Vice President of National Accounts and as a Regional Vice President for Insurance Holdings of America. Insurance Holdings was a pioneering e-commerce company that formed alliances with a major retailer and auto manufacturer. Prior to that he was an account executive for B.K. McCarthy Insurance Agency where he established the energy practice for the company. Mr. Metivier graduated cum laude from Salem State College with Bachelor of Administration in Marketing. |

Edward Scott - Senior Vice President, Marketing and Industry Relations
Mr. Scott has been an owner and officer of Scott Oil Co., Inc., a retail Home Heating Oil Company in Massachusetts, since 1975. Mr. Scott has been active in various oil industry associations for many years. He is the past chairman and currently serves on the board of the Massachusetts Oilheat Council, where he is also a member of their executive, nominating and legislative committees. Additionally, Mr. Scott is a board member of the New England Fuel Institute where he serves on the executive, finance, nominating and legislative committees, and is currently the secretary of the organization. A founding member of the National Oilheat Research Alliance, Mr. Scott has also been a board member of the East Coast Energy Council. He also served on the board of the Massachusetts Trade Self Insurance Group which is a workmen's compensation self-insurance group. Mr. Scott is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. |

Maria Pinto-DaSilva - Senior Vice President, Client Services
With over twenty-years as an insurance industry professional, Ms. DaSilva manages and directs the Energi Client Services Team. Under her leadership, the team provides a high level of service to Energi's Broker Network, Strategic Partners, and Policyholders. Previously, Ms. DaSilva has managed the Retail and Wholesale brokerage business relationships for Conifer Companies and Conifer Energy where she gained an expertise in the fuel distribution industry. Initially, Ms. DaSilva joined the B.K. McCarthy Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1986 in the Business Insurance division. There she managed customer service departments, promoted to unit manager and later to vice-president before being appointed president of the firm's Business Insurance division in 1999. |

Justin P. Russo - Senior Vice President, Safety and Loss Prevention
Mr. Russo has been with Energi Insurance Services, Inc. formerly Conifer Energy since 2002 and has been instrumental in pioneering the SafetyPLUS program. As Director of Safety he has developed many risk management tools for fuel delivery, transport, and energy construction programs that have minimized losses. Mr. Russo is an authorized OSHA Instructor and National Safety Council Trainer. Prior to joining Conifer Energy he worked for a Medical Regulatory Compliance Company developing hazard communication and various safety programs for medical facilities. Mr. Russo is a graduate of Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Business Management; he is also in the process of completing his ARM designation. |

Robert D. Woods Jr. - Senior Vice President, Claims
Mr. Woods (Bob) has over 34 years of claims experience including all areas of Commercial and Personal Lines claims. He has held senior claim leadership roles at both OneBeacon and CNA Insurance companies. In his most recent role while at OneBeacon, he was responsible for the development and countrywide management of their Claim Risk Manager Program. This program formally linked Claims with Underwriting and Risk Control to bring a total branded solution to be used as a marketing advantage to both gain and retain key accounts. Mr. Woods has extensive experience in developing and implementing claim automation programs and has spoken nationally at both the ACORD and LOMA conferences on the topic of claim automation. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BSBA in Management. |

Kevin Kaminski - Senior Vice President, Alternative Energy Solutions
Mr. Kaminski has an engineering background and experience working in multiple areas of the energy industry. At Energi, he has helped develop the Energy Savings Warranty and Solar Installation Performance Warranty programs. He is responsible for engineering and project-level underwriting for the Alternative Energy Solutions division. Prior to joining Energi, he monitored various types of power plants for General Electric Power Systems, including gas, oil, nuclear, wind and hydro. Mr. Kaminski is a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, holding degrees in Marine Engineering and Facilities Engineering. |
