Brian K. McCarthy, Chief Executive Officer, Director
Mr. McCarthy is the Founder and CEO of Energi Inc. and Energi Insurances Services, Inc. Previously, as the Managing Director and CEO of the Conifer Companies, Conifer Insurance Agency, Inc. and Conifer Energy, based in Peabody, MA, he gained expertise in Captive Program Development and Alternative Risk Management Programs. In 1983, Mr. McCarthy established his own independent insurance agency that led to the development of Conifer Companies in 2001. The Companies developed and recognized to be among the leading providers of risk management, insurance, employee benefits and investment services in New England. The Company is also a leader in providing comprehensive insurance programs to energy companies. Previously, Mr. McCarthy was a founder and Chief Executive Officer of an Internet based insurance distribution company that developed the first online insurance application. Currently as CEO of Energi Holdings, Inc. and Energi Insurance Services, Inc., Mr. McCarthy is leading the organization on a significant growth trajectory which includes expansion across the U.S. He is a past President of the Bay State Independent Insurance Agents Association, Inc. and has served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Independent Insurance Agents Association of Massachusetts. |

James P. Townsend, Non Executive Chairman of the Board
Mr. Townsend has been CEO of Townsend Oil & Propane Company since 1989. Townsend Oil ranks in the top ten percent of all petroleum and propane distributors in New England, serving customers in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Mr. Townsend is active in a several organizations representing the petroleum industry, including Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the New England Fuel Institute (NEFI); Director of the Massachusetts Oil Heat Council (MOC); and member of the Oil Heat Council of New Hampshire. Previously, he served as Chairman of the National Oil Heat Research Alliance (NORA); and Co-Chairman of the Heating Fuels Committee of the Petroleum Marketing Association of America (PMAA). In addition, Mr. Townsend is the past Chairman of the TOV Insurance Group. He serves as a Trustee of the Salisbury School in Salisbury, CT. |

Fred Boling, Vice Chairman
Mr. Boling is the Chairman of Harbor Fuel Oil Corporation of Nantucket. He also serves as the President of Commonwealth Oil Refining and Wyatt Energy. He is also the Director and Vice Chairman of Alliance Oil Company, a publicly traded independent oil company with operations in Russia. Mr. Boling previously held executive positions with Sinclair Oil, Atlantic Richfield, BP Oil Corp., Gibbs Oil and Astroline Oil Trading Corp. In addition to his tenure of forty years experience in the oil industry, Mr. Boling has been active in the banking industry and was President of Security National Bank, a Director of Bank of New England, and was as a Director of Pacific National Bank, Massachusetts until its acquisition by Bank of America. Mr. Boling is President of Investors Life Insurance Company and he is an Overseer of the Business School of Florida Southern College. |

Patrick Fee, Director
Mr. Fee is the President of Hannover Finance, Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Hannover Re, a position he has held since 2006. Mr. Fee was the President & CEO and Board Member of Clarendon Insurance and its insurance company subsidiaries from April, 2006 until Hannover Re sold the company in July 2011. Prior to joining the Hannover Group, Mr. Fee was a partner with the law firm of Foley & Lardner, LLP which he joined in 1989 as an Associate. He holds an AB from the University of Chicago and a JD from the Harvard Law School, each with honors. |

Mr. Osterman is the President of Osterman Associated Companies which contributed the assets of its propane operations to NGL Energy Partners, LP (NYSE: NGL) on October 3, 2011. Mr. Osterman serves as NGL’s President of Eastern Retail Propane Operations and is a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Osterman also serves as a director of the National Propane Gas Association, Propane Gas Association of New England, and the Board of Advisors of the Gaudette Insurance Agency. |
